Kotlin, Functional Programming, Arrow, Koog, AI Agents

Learn functional programming in Kotlin at your own pace by building a Pokémon TCG deck-building application with AI capabilities using Arrow and Koog.
Functional programming is not a single technique, but a constellation of different approaches. In this workshop, attendees can develop or improve the functional programming skills most relevant to them, using Kotlin, Arrow, and Koog as the underlying technologies.
The goal is to build a realistic desktop application for creating Pokémon TCG decks, demonstrating where each functional programming technique fits. The workshop will also explore how to build AI agents in a functional style.
Each attendee can follow their own learning path, but the workshop will cover:
Previous knowledge of Kotlin is recommended, although experience with Java, C#, Scala, or a similar language should be sufficient. Attendees are strongly encouraged to install IntelliJ IDEA before the workshop.
Anyone who wants to learn or strengthen their fundamental functional programming skills.
